📦 Shipping Information
All HallowScents orders are handmade and packed with care. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships. During launches, restocks, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
HallowScents is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If an issue occurs, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help guide you through the next steps.
🕯️ Wax Melt & Product Care
Because our products are handmade and can be sensitive to heat, minor sweating or frosting on wax bars is normal and does not affect performance or scent throw.
During warmer months, we recommend bringing your package inside promptly after delivery.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on wax melts, sugar scrubs, or any bath and body items for sanitary and safety reasons.
🚫 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will happily replace the item or issue a store credit when appropriate.
❌ Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed. Please double-check your cart and shipping address before completing checkout.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
